Birth Doula Services

What is included:

• 2-3 Prenatal visits depending on when you contact me.                                                                       These are for both you and your partner to attend. We will discuss your birth wishes, go over positions and helpful tools to use during labor so you have an idea of how to help yourself through each contraction and what feels right for your body before the time comes. I can also discuss questions to ask your medical birth team to ease any anxiety about unknown factors going into labor and delivery.
• The labor (as long as you need my assistance) and for one-two hours after the birth as needed.
• 1-2 Postpartum visits  (depending on your preference):                                                                                                                                 We will discuss the day of your child’s birth and I will answer any questions that you may have. We will also make sure that breastfeeding is going smoothly and to give you information on any other resources that may be needed.

I charge $650 for my Doula services

My doula clients get a $50 discount on my Placenta Encapsulation services.
